RETURN POLICY

EM JAY’S PRODUCTS ONLY

​We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren’t, we offer free returns for product being refunded or exchanged within 14 days from receipt of order. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, merchandise must be in original condition – unused, unworn, and unwashed. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that sale (and Cannabis) items are final and may not be refunded or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective.
